1. Appointments & Consultations

  • All treatments require an appointment. Walk-ins are accepted only if time allows.
  • A consultation may be required before certain treatments to assess suitability and discuss goals.
  • Clients must provide accurate health and medical information during the consultation to ensure safety.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost on the day of service.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling, depending on the schedule.

5. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on completed treatments or packages.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please speak to your practitioner immediately so we can resolve the issue professionally.
  • Refunds on retail products are only accepted if the product is faulty or unopened within 14 days of purchase.

6. Treatment Courses & Packages

  • All packages or prepaid courses must be used within 6–12 months from the date of purchase (depending on the package).
  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. Medical Considerations

  • Certain conditions may make treatments unsuitable.
  • Clients must inform the practitioner of any new medical issues, medications, or skin concerns before each session.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Privacy Policy

  • All personal and medical information shared with us is treated as confidential and stored securely.
  • We comply with all data protection laws and will never share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Age Policy

  • Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable or aesthetic treatments.
  • Proof of age may be required for certain services.

10. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
